抗戰(zhàn)勝利70周年“紀念幣”發(fā)行
中國人民銀行決定自2023年8月20日起陸續(xù)發(fā)行中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭暨世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年紀念幣一套。該套紀念幣包括金銀紀念幣3枚、鎳包鋼紀念幣1枚，均為中華人民共和國法定貨幣。

The People's Bank of China issued a set of commemorative coins on August 20 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the fight against fascism.
8月20日，中國人民銀行發(fā)行中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭暨世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年紀念幣一套。
“紀念幣用英文commemorative coins 表示，是一個國家為紀念國際或本國的政治、歷史、文化等方面的重大事件、杰出人物、 名勝古跡、珍稀動植物、體育賽事等而發(fā)行的紀念硬幣，一般為精制，限量發(fā)行。Commemorative表示紀念性的，如紀念柱(commemorative column)、紀念郵票(commemorative stamp)、紀念金幣(commemorative gold coin)等。
20日起，央行決定陸續(xù)發(fā)行紀念幣，該套紀念幣包括金銀紀念幣3枚、鎳包鋼紀念幣(nickel- coated steel commemorative coin)1枚，均為中華人民共和國法定貨幣(legal currency)。金銀紀念幣正面圖案均為中華人民共和國國徽(national emblem)，并刊國名、年號。金銀紀念幣背面圖案主題有所不同。
鎳包鋼紀念幣面額1元，發(fā)行數(shù)量高達5億枚，與現(xiàn)行流通人民幣職能相同，與同面額人民幣等值流通。金銀紀念幣可以在授權經(jīng)銷商(franchised dealers)和指定銀行處購買，具有收藏價值。
除了紀念幣，國家郵政局還發(fā)行了紀念郵票1套13枚、小型張(miniature sheet)1枚，紀念郵票的表現(xiàn)內(nèi)容，為國務院公布的第一批國家級抗戰(zhàn)紀念設施、遺址(museums and memorials)及相關歷史背景。
