　　書面通知在正文之前的正中位置寫Notice字樣，結(jié)尾要寫明時間及發(fā)出通知的單位。被通知的對象用第一人稱或第二人稱(口頭通知用第一人稱)，要寫明所做事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內(nèi)容、出席對象及有關(guān)注意事項。通知是要告訴大家即將進行的活動，因此時態(tài)要以一般將來時為主。如： ·The match will be put off to next week. ·We are going to hold a meeting to discuss the problem.
