高二英語語法慣用法：英語可說congratulate sb to do sth嗎

　　漢語可說祝賀某人做某事，但英語習(xí)慣上不能說 congratulate sb to do sth, 可改說congratulate sb on doing sth。如：

　　■他寫信祝賀她當(dāng)選為勞模。

　　誤：He wrote to congratulate her to be chosen as a modernworker.

　　正：He wrote to congratulate her on being chosen as a modern worker.

　　■我父親祝賀我通過了考試。

　　誤：My father congratulated me to pass the exam.

　　正：My father congratulated me on passing the exam.
