《2024中國人睡眠白皮書》發(fā)布 失眠人群加速年輕化

Nearly 24 percent of Chinese people suffer from insomnia, and the number of young people affected is rising, according to a report released last Wednesday.

根據(jù)上周三公布的一份報(bào)告顯示,有將近24%的中國人患有失眠癥,并且受影響的青少年人數(shù)正在上升。

The report was released by Huami, a manufacturer of smart wristbands backed by Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi.

這項(xiàng)報(bào)告是由智能手環(huán)制造商華米公司發(fā)布的,該公司由智能手機(jī)制造商小米提供支持。

Last year, increasing numbers of people aged between 13 and 35 were found to be suffering from insomnia, while the problem had eased among those aged over 64.

去年,越來越多的13至35歲的人群被發(fā)現(xiàn)患有失眠癥,而64歲以上患此病癥的人群數(shù)量卻有所下降。

The report -- the White Paper on the Chinese People's Sleep Quality in 2024 -- said 54.7 percent of people aged between 18 and 25 go to bed later than 12 am.

《2024中國人睡眠質(zhì)量白皮書》中指出,在年齡在18至25歲之間的人中,有54.7%的人晚于零點(diǎn)睡覺。

"Playing with smartphones is the main reason for the unhealthy bedtimes," said Wang Hui, who led a team at Huami that contributed to the annual report.

在華米領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)、此次年度報(bào)告的參與者王輝表示:“睡前玩智能手機(jī)是造成不良就寢時(shí)間的罪魁禍?zhǔn)住薄?/p>

On average, Chinese people get up at 6:32 am after lying in bed for eight minutes after they wake up and fall asleep at 23:20 pm.

就平均(數(shù)據(jù))來說,中國人早上6:32起床,然后會(huì)在床上賴床8分鐘,晚上則是在23:20入睡。

People in Shanghai have more difficulty getting up in the morning than those in other areas, remaining in bed for 10 minutes after they wake up.

相比起其他地區(qū),上海人早上起床要更困難一些,他們在起床后還要賴床10分鐘。
