　　可再生能源的表達(dá)法

　　　　為從法制上推動(dòng)開發(fā)利用可再生能源、優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu)，上海日前研究制定《上海市可再生能源條例》。十一五期間，上海發(fā)展可再生能源的目標(biāo)是：到2010年，風(fēng)力發(fā)電的規(guī)模達(dá)到20萬-30萬千瓦，光伏發(fā)電規(guī)模達(dá)到7兆-10兆瓦
