　　回答這一類問題時，回答人暗示他并不確實知道，只是憑印象而言。 I should/would think 表示的語氣沒有I think那么肯定。

　　should/would think引導(dǎo)一個附加評論時，一般不能用so/ not。這時必須使用that從句：

　　Hes an astrologer， looking for work.

　　I shouldnt/wouldnt think that hed find it easy to get work.

　　他是一個星相家，正在找工作。

　　我想他大概不會感到找到一份工作是容易的。

　　B 如果評論發(fā)生在過去的動作，可以用should/would have thought：

　　He actually got a job as an astrologer.

　　I shouldnt/wouldnt have thought that it was possibe to do that.

　　他真的以星相家的身份找了一份工作。

　　我本來認為那是不可能的。

　　C should/would have expected+不定式結(jié)構(gòu)/that從句也是可行的。有時非人稱代詞you可代替I：

　　She has emigrated.

　　Has she? Youd/Id have expected her to stay in this country.

　　她移居國外了。

　　是嗎?人們/我還以為她會留在國內(nèi)的。
