河南清理“上訪訓(xùn)誡中心”

近日，有河南南陽市民發(fā)微博稱，其近70歲的母親赴外地上訪后，被當(dāng)?shù)卣ぷ魅藛T“拘禁”于“非正常上訪訓(xùn)誡教育中心”。據(jù)記者調(diào)查，河南多地建有這種“非正常上訪訓(xùn)誡中心”。14日，河南要求各地立即整改，取消各種形式的非正常上訪人員教育訓(xùn)誡場所，并下派督查組和暗訪組進(jìn)行拉網(wǎng)過篩式督查和暗訪。
