  邀請信是寫信人對收信人的一種盛情邀約,一般分為正式的和非正式的兩種。格式與其他信函相同。具體寫作步驟:

  第一段:說明與收信人的相關(guān)性與寫作意圖。

  第二段:具體交代情景:包括受邀請的人、邀請朋友要干什么、地點(diǎn)以及具體的時間等內(nèi)容。并且強(qiáng)調(diào)為什么邀請收信人而不是別的朋友。

  第三段:表示期待收信人的回復(fù)。

  就本質(zhì)而言正式與非正式的邀請信并沒有什么區(qū)別,只是正式的邀請信比較注意文采,而且往往需要表現(xiàn)出更加誠懇的態(tài)度。邀請信一般都要求考生邀約朋友參加特殊聚會,共度假期,或者訪問自己的家鄉(xiāng)等,考生可以采用非正式文體。
