Rest injured foot on operator's knee on a clean towel. Commence bandaging in manner shown by the lower diagram, the bandage being bound over and round the back of foot in spiral fashion, and eventually affixed by means of a safety pin, just beneath ankle, as shown in upper illustration.

把受傷的腳擱在幫你包扎的人的膝蓋上，腳下墊一條干凈的毛巾。按下圖所示的方式開始包扎，繃帶在腳背上以螺旋狀纏繞，最后用一根別針在腳踝下面的位置固定住，如上圖所示。
