四級聽力完美訓練方法論

　　練材料為了更好的突破四六級考試，我們始終認為四六級真題是最好的訓練材料。06起至份的題目是最需要訓練得滾瓜爛熟的題目。若認為題目不夠訓練，也可以繼續(xù)做05或以前的題目。但是題目時間越早，難度和實效性就越低。但是，請注意使用正確方法。

　　第一步：預判(3-5分鐘)

　　做題前，一定留出時間看題。正式考試時看題時間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時注意，相似選項和相反選項要保留，準確答案就在其間。復合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。

　　例(小對話)：

　　11. [A] Trying to sketch a map. [C] Discussing a house plan.

　　[B] Painting the dining room. [D] Cleaning the kitchen.

　　速讀后得知，此題目考察的內(nèi)容應該是這兩人在干什么或者第二個人在做什么?

　　12. [A] She is tired of the food in the canteen.

　　[C] She usually takes a snack in the KFC.

　　[B] She often eats in a French restaurant.

　　[D] She is very fussy about what she eats.

　　速讀后得知，此題目考察女士的用餐習慣，而按照考點習慣，被考察人的語言通常在第二句

　　例(長對話)

　　A) marketing consultancy.

　　B) Professional accountancy.

　　C) luxury hotel management.

　　D) business conference organization

　　選項都是某種行業(yè)，又因為此題是08聽力長對話中的第一題，所以就暗示自己注意長對話開始部分的行業(yè)詞匯即可。

　　第二步：聽力開始(35分鐘)

　　后的四級聽力放音時間約35分鐘左右。請不間斷地聽完一套題，中間不要停頓，強化自己的耐力注意力和定力。記住，不要間斷也不要提前看后方的答案。

　　第三步：查閱環(huán)節(jié)(時間因人而異)

　　1、對答案。確定準確答案在原文中的位置。同時確定錯誤答案為什么錯。

　　2、查詞和短語。將選項和原文中所有不熟悉的單詞和短語全部查閱清楚，不留死角。

　　3、翻譯句子。查閱詞語結束后，可以用視譯的方式看句子是否可以通順的翻譯明白。若發(fā)現(xiàn)人有句子無法理解，那就是單詞和短語的含義并未查閱正確。

　　例：1第22題B選項By seeing a commercial on TV.

　　Commercial的含義不是商業(yè)而是廣告。

　　例：四級聽力長對話原文，是一個面試：

　　What benefit package do you offer?

　　誤譯：你提供什么利益包裹?

　　正譯：你們有什么樣的福利計劃?

　　無獨有偶：1的面試長對話中，又出現(xiàn)了一次benefit

　　There is a list of extra benefits. (有一個福利清單。)

　　第四步：視聽和跟讀原文(時間因人而異)

　　現(xiàn)在，你需要打開眼睛已經(jīng)可以完全看懂的聽力原文。邊放音邊聽，同時跟讀和模仿。跟不上的時候，可以以半句為單位甚至每個單詞為單位。本步驟可以糾正發(fā)音。

　　你可以讀準這幾個單詞么?

　　建議你利用各種方法確認自己是不是讀對了，以最后一個單詞為例，它的準確發(fā)音和sweet是一樣的，是不是有些驚訝?

　　另外，我們還需要特別注意連讀或失去爆破在語句中的使用。

　　第五步：裸聽(時間因人而異)

　　本步驟要求在沒有原文的情況下，完全靠雙耳能力聽懂所有細節(jié)。這是聽力訓練的最高環(huán)節(jié)。你可能會發(fā)現(xiàn)剛才邊看邊聽時沒有任何理解難度的單詞和短語都會出現(xiàn)不懂或模糊的情況，一旦如此，請回到第四步確定是什么詞語讓耳朵不夠熟悉。本環(huán)節(jié)的訓練需要耐心和堅持。

　　第六步：部分聽寫(時間因人而異)

　　為了提高四六級整體聽寫水平，同學可以在選擇性地將部分短對話或長對話，甚至短文聽力，用單句反復播放的形式寫出來。你需要耐心地把一句話重復聽多遍，以求最終準確寫出。若發(fā)現(xiàn)單詞或短語無法準確拼寫，可以在整段播放完畢后進行統(tǒng)一確認。

　　注意：時間因人而異是指由于同學基礎和能力有所差別，耗費的時間也會有差別。

　　第二部分：例題練習演示

　　例：1份第三篇短文聽力
