　　It is a common phenomenon that when people go to find jobs, they usually need to take their diploma with them since most vacancy have certain requirements, especially they demand certain diploma. Some people think that we should pay attention to diploma because they think people with diploma can be competent to do certain jobs. However, some people don’t think so. They believe people with experience can do jobs better than those people with diploma. In my opinion, I think diploma do nothing difference.

First of all, diploma proves nothing. Diploma is a certification that people have attended some classes while it can not prove that they have practical experience. It is said by many people that some students only know how to study while with no ability to deal with things.

第一，學(xué)歷證明不了什么。學(xué)歷只是一個(gè)證明，證明這些人參加過(guò)相應(yīng)的一些課程，但是不能證明他們有實(shí)際的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。很多人說(shuō)一些學(xué)生只是知道怎么學(xué)習(xí)，而不知如何做事。

Secondly, diploma can be faked. In order to get good jobs, some people spend money on buying fake diplomas so that they can be hired by big company. In recent years, many fake diplomas have been exposed by press. On this point, diploma is not trustable.

第二，學(xué)歷可以造假。為了找到好工作，一些人會(huì)花錢(qián)買(mǎi)假學(xué)歷來(lái)進(jìn)入大公司。最近幾年，許多的學(xué)歷造假時(shí)間被媒體揭露出來(lái)。所以，就這一點(diǎn)來(lái)看，我們不能太相信學(xué)歷。

All in all, diploma has no relation to people’s ability. Besides, diploma can be faked. Therefore, we shouldn’t pay too much attention to diploma.

總之，學(xué)歷與個(gè)人能力無(wú)關(guān)，也可以造假。所以，我們不應(yīng)該太關(guān)注學(xué)歷。

　　In recent years, the death penalty has been aroused people’s attention and the heated discussions towards it are right on their ways.

On the one hand, some people hold that the death penalty should not be canceled. They argue that the death penalty can act as a threat or a limitation for the CRIminals. If the death penalty is canceled, the CRIminals will be more cruel and crazy, and that will be a bigger threat for people. In addition, cancelling the death penalty will weaken the effect of our laws.

一方面，有些人認(rèn)為死刑不應(yīng)該取消。他們討論認(rèn)為死刑可以作為對(duì)罪犯的威脅或限制。如果取消了死刑，罪犯會(huì)更加殘酷，更加瘋狂，這將是對(duì)人們的更大威脅。此外，取消死刑會(huì)削弱法律的作用。

On the other hand, some people consider that the death penalty should be canceled. They point out that no matter what the CRIminals have done, they are still human beings. Each life is precious and we should respect each life. Besides, we should give another chance for the criminals to remedy their mistakes and amend themselves.

另一方面，有些人認(rèn)為死刑應(yīng)該取消。他們指出，不管罪犯做了什么，他們終究還是人。生命都是寶貴的，我們應(yīng)該尊重每一條生命。此外，我們應(yīng)該給罪犯一個(gè)彌補(bǔ)過(guò)錯(cuò)，改過(guò)自新的機(jī)會(huì)。

Taking above into consideration, I am inclined to agree with the former. I suggest that we should remain the death penalty. Although the latter is right in some extent, I do not agree that those who murder deliberately should be forgiven and pardoned.

綜上所述，我傾向于同意前者的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。我建議保留死刑。雖然后者有一定的道理，但是我不認(rèn)為故意*的人應(yīng)該被原諒，被赦免。

However, there are also some people contending the disadvantages of mobile phone. For instance, many students use mobile phone to play games or read novels day and night and cannot concentrate on their studies. In addition, using mobile phone also causes some bad influence for user’s health.

In my opinion, any kinds of products have advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, I believe that the advantages of mobile phone far outweigh its disadvantages as long as we use it properly.

Different people have different opinions of money. Some people spare no effort to make money, such as stealing, gambling and cheating. They believe money can bring them everything. However, I don’t think money can make people really happy or bring people everything. People can not use money to buy health. Steven Jobs, the founder of the Apple Company, died of cancer. He was a billionaire, but he couldn’t use money to buy himself a longer life. And money can not buy the time that already slip away. Money is also a tool for us to exchange materials, but not all the stuff. We should have a right attitude towards money. We should earn money by honest means and spend it probably. Only in this way, money can make us happy.

　　the first day my sister ann hosted a foreign friend was full of stumbles and troubles.

the other day, ann went to school to fetch her guest an echange student from a u.s. middle school. after a brief self introduction, the two girls decided to saunter around the city. in the tai, when the driver inquired the destination, it suddenly occurred to ann that she hadn＇t echanged ideas about it with her guest yet. to her surprise, before she could say anything,the american girl took out a pile of cards from her bag, randomly picked one out to the driver. reading the card on which the name of the bund was printed bilingually, the driver started the engine, added sarcastically to my sister, "so, you are a foreigner too, aren＇t you?"

at noon, ann invited her new friend to lunch. the waitress couldn＇t speak english; the menu was packed with tricky and confusing names;the american vegetarian was so particular about what she ate, all of which made the little interpreter helterskelter. she was trying her best to balance the demand and supply when she suddenly found both parts silently looking at her with a strange epression. only then did she realize that she was constantly talking to the chinese waiter in english and to the american in chinese !

after the meal, they went straight to iangyang market.the american girl was at once fascinated by the lovely stuffs there. at first, ann did behave like a hospitable host, but when she came across a cute handbag, she just couldn＇t help bargaining with the shopkeeper. unfortunately, when she successfully got the new bag with half the price cut, she just recognized that her new friend was nowhere to be found. it was not until 30 minutes later that she caught the girl in a corner shop and prevented her from paying 200 yuan for a simple false silver necklace.

"even hanging about is no easy job," signed ann to me. it is true, but even the most unpleasant eperience can teach us how to do better the net time, can＇t it?

Kindness is to understand each other, care about others. A kind people would like to help others, he will accept the faults in a person. He would not hurt others, and always choose the right to do.
