那些色鮮味美的餃子一個(gè)個(gè)看似十分簡單，其實(shí)做起來可復(fù)雜了哩。先要把之前預(yù)備好的面粉和水和在一起，使勁兒的揉、搓、壓一番，然后用搟面杖把它們搟成一張張薄薄的餃子皮兒。我經(jīng)過好一番努力，終于搟出了第一張自己做的餃子皮!我把它輕輕地?cái)傇谑稚?，生怕它一不小心破掉。餃子皮已?jīng)全部完工!現(xiàn)在應(yīng)該開始好好地準(zhǔn)備餃子的餡兒了。媽媽用菜刀麻溜地躲著肉末，外婆則在一旁洗著芹菜。我的任務(wù)呢，十八豬肉末和芹菜和在一起，做成豬肉芹菜餡。不一會(huì)兒的工夫，餃子餡兒也全部完工。剩下的工作就由那些經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的舅媽們來完成，我們小孩子只等著第二天除夕品嘗美味的餃子了!
終于到了期盼已久的.除夕夜了!外婆家里聚滿了親朋好友，大家圍在大圓桌四周，吃起了團(tuán)圓飯和我們昨天包的餃子。男人們喝酒，女人們看春晚，小孩子們都吵著鬧著要到院子里放鞭炮，真是熱鬧極了。
到了大年初一，由于昨夜守歲的原因，我整個(gè)上午都賴在床上睡著懶覺，心里還想著昨晚和小伙伴們打鬧的情景。
這真是一個(gè)充滿傳統(tǒng)文化氣息的十分快樂的除夕夜!
