上班后的體會(huì)很多，不過我覺得最重要的還是兩點(diǎn)：1、學(xué)習(xí)、不斷的學(xué)習(xí);2、強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心。
我這里講的學(xué)習(xí)跟學(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)有很大不同，工作上的學(xué)習(xí)更多地體現(xiàn)為用心觀察、用心思考、用心領(lǐng)悟。我進(jìn)公司后最開始在綜合部做綜合員，主要負(fù)責(zé)文字材料和基礎(chǔ)管理提升工作。當(dāng)時(shí)，由于業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大，一個(gè)縣營業(yè)部的各方面kpi指標(biāo)加起來不少于20項(xiàng)，其中指標(biāo)分解形成的小項(xiàng)以及日常gs加起來大大小小的工作至少有五六十項(xiàng)，形成一種“千頭萬緒”的繁雜現(xiàn)象，如果不突出重點(diǎn)，胡子眉毛一把抓，很難完成關(guān)鍵kpi指標(biāo)。這種情況下，精細(xì)化管理提升項(xiàng)目應(yīng)勢而生。我負(fù)責(zé)具體制定、跟進(jìn)營業(yè)部幾大重點(diǎn)工作的實(shí)施情況，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目都做到“定項(xiàng)目、定責(zé)任人、定措施、定完成時(shí)限”，每周向營業(yè)部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)重點(diǎn)工作開展情況、完成進(jìn)度、遇到的問題以及下一步開展的計(jì)劃。通過精細(xì)管理的實(shí)施，我發(fā)現(xiàn)各部門的溝通不及時(shí)、信息傳達(dá)不暢是影響工作進(jìn)度的一大因素，而綜合部的督辦職能正處于弱化的狀態(tài)。那么，怎樣使重要事項(xiàng)不因配合不暢而延誤同時(shí)又不影響配合部門的工作日程呢?首先，為了防止重要工作漏傳或部門間推諉責(zé)任的現(xiàn)象，我在送達(dá)公司發(fā)文以及會(huì)議紀(jì)要的時(shí)候，都提醒部門負(fù)責(zé)人簽收確認(rèn)，然后將各部門簽字確認(rèn)后的文件存檔以方便日后有據(jù)可查。另外，為防止因配合不到位而影響工作落實(shí)的情況，我在獲得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意后，將督辦工作單改版成內(nèi)部工作任務(wù)單，發(fā)給各部門。對于非常重要且需要其它部門配合的工作，主辦部門可以發(fā)單至協(xié)助部門要求配合，相當(dāng)于部門之間的四級(jí)工單，協(xié)助部門必須給予答復(fù)，由綜合部督察，這樣有效地減少了部門間配合不力的現(xiàn)象。在綜合部工作的一年多時(shí)間里，我學(xué)到了許多東西，它不僅讓我有機(jī)會(huì)了解整個(gè)營業(yè)部的工作開展情況，樹立全局意識(shí)，更重要的是，它讓我在日?，嵥榈豢缮俚墓ぷ髦械玫綒v練，使我漸漸遠(yuǎn)離了當(dāng)初剛進(jìn)公司的焦慮與急躁，心態(tài)更為沉靜與平和，讓我漸漸學(xué)會(huì)了靜靜地觀察、細(xì)細(xì)地體會(huì)與深深地思考。我想，對于新員工來說，學(xué)到東西和有效鍛煉是非常重要的，它是職業(yè)生涯的必要積累。公司給大家提供了非常廣闊的發(fā)展空間，我們只有不斷地學(xué)習(xí)養(yǎng)精蓄銳，吸收新鮮營養(yǎng)，不斷提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)，這樣當(dāng)機(jī)會(huì)到來后，我們才能抓住機(jī)會(huì)，完成職業(yè)生涯的更進(jìn)一步。
各位兄弟姐妹，光學(xué)習(xí)是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，富有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任意識(shí)才是優(yōu)秀員工的必備素質(zhì)。我們必須對客戶負(fù)責(zé)、對上司負(fù)責(zé)、對公司負(fù)責(zé)，同時(shí)也要對自己負(fù)責(zé)。做事的過程，也是展示自我品牌與人格魅力的過程，所以，用強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心用心做好每一件事也是樹立個(gè)人信譽(yù)的過程。今年4月份，我從綜合部調(diào)至大客戶中心，任大客戶主管助理，主抓基礎(chǔ)工作的落實(shí)。當(dāng)前的情形是，人少、指標(biāo)重、任務(wù)多，特別是繁重的集團(tuán)信息化推廣任務(wù)，占據(jù)了客戶經(jīng)理大部分時(shí)間。這種情況下，一些基礎(chǔ)工作面臨浮于形式的危險(xiǎn)，特別是不輕易停機(jī)提醒工作，時(shí)常有漏提醒或不提醒的現(xiàn)象。由于考核方式是隨機(jī)抽查，不少客戶經(jīng)理還存在僥幸心理。如果不輕易停機(jī)提醒沒有扎實(shí)開展，說明我們對客戶的最基本的承諾都落不到實(shí)處，會(huì)嚴(yán)重?fù)p害客戶對移動(dòng)服務(wù)的信任。在客觀環(huán)境難以改變的情況下，我梳理了日常固定工作，制定周計(jì)劃、日計(jì)劃，有效地提高了客戶經(jīng)理的工作效率;同時(shí)，加強(qiáng)檢查力度，由之前的每周隨機(jī)檢查一次改為每天檢查、即時(shí)通報(bào)，杜絕客戶經(jīng)理的僥幸心里。最后，通過對特殊客戶改變提醒方式、大力推廣銀聯(lián)支付、捆綁支付等方式不斷完善我們的提醒體系。通過一個(gè)月的強(qiáng)化落實(shí)，現(xiàn)在客戶經(jīng)理都培養(yǎng)了每天必做不輕易停機(jī)預(yù)警的習(xí)慣，近幾個(gè)月我們部門的提醒率都大大超過了市公司的考核值，得到市公司的通報(bào)表揚(yáng)。工作是細(xì)水長流，一份持久的責(zé)任心來自于對工作、對公司強(qiáng)烈的熱愛，我們都是移動(dòng)人，我們都有強(qiáng)烈的集體榮譽(yù)感，所以我們會(huì)自覺地為中國移動(dòng)的品牌形象而努力奮斗。

i am very glad to be here for this interview. i graduated from college in july, and major in finance. then, i was a teacher in abc, when i was a senior school student, i am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of marxism, especially i finished reading “the florilegium of mao zedong”. from then on, i have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study, especially in marxism.
i have a dream, a dream of my study. i wish devote my whole life and energy into the development of the marxism. if i have the opportunity to study in abc university, i’ll dabble in as much as document about the specialty as possible. if it is possible, i want to get the primary accomplishment in my major, at least, a stable basis.
